Does Bare Element ship internationally?
Currently we ship domestically within the United States, & to U.S. Territories only. But stay tuned! We’re working very hard to bring you international shipping as soon as possible.
What are the Bare Element Terms & Pricing?
Bare Member Subscription: Your Bare Element subscription is a monthly subscription service that automatically renews every 30 days at $49.99 + applicable taxes (shipping included).
The Bare Bundle : If you Purchased a 3 month pre pay package you will be charged a one time total of $143.99 ($48.00/box) + applicable taxes. There will be no renewal at the end of the 3 months, please email us or repurchase to continue getting the monthly boxes. (Shipping included)
Box of the month: If you purchased a one time box of the current month or a past month. You will be charged a one time charge of 54.99 + applicable taxes + shipping. There will be no renewal at the end of the month, please email us or repurchase to continue getting the monthly boxes. (Shipping not included)
* Note: sales tax will be added to the total for orders
When will I be receiving my first box?
Sign up by the 5th of each month to receive the current month's box by regular ship dates (email us if we show sold out in our shop. We will try our best to get a box done for you, but ship dates may vary in this scenario). We will be shipping out regular subscriptions and pre-orders for the Bare Element Boxes by the 16th of each month.
When will I be charged each month for the subscription service?
The regular billing and shipping cycle will apply after the shipment of your first box. The Bare Element monthly renewals will occur on the 30th of each month.
Can I sign up to get Just One Bare Element box?
Yes you can! Try us out by picking the current months box from our shop.
How do I change my Billing or Shipping info?
Please contact us at [email protected] to notify us of any changes and we will be happy to update your account!
All boxes are shipped via USPS priority shipping and tracking information will be provided via email for all orders.
Note: Bare Element is not responsible for lost packages after they are delivered to your doorstep.
This is not at all common, but if you happen to find any damaged products in your bare box, please contact us within 72 hrs of package receipt at [email protected] with a detailed description. We try our best to provide sufficient packing material, but shipping/handling sometimes result in damaged goods and we will try our best to replace any such product as soon as possible.
What is your Cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription service anytime! Just email us at [email protected] with your request.
* Note: boxes already shipped will not be refunded.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your box please be sure to email us! We will do our best to fix any issues as quickly as possible. However, with the nature of this service the subscription boxes are not eligible for refunds or returns.
How can I get an order reshipped if the address was wrong?
If you notice a discrepancy in the shipping info after placing an order, please email us asap at [email protected]m so that we can fix your order.
If the shipment was delivered to the address submitted with the order, but you discover the address you entered was not correct, unfortunately we're unable to replace the order without recharging (or at all if we no longer carried the inventory). However, if the box is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship the item for just the standard shipping fee ($7).
